MEET THE GUY BEHIND THE MEALS

I'm Jacob, owner of Zero Excuses Meal Prep.

After nearly two decades working in kitchens ranging from fast-paced restaurants to private catering, I combined my love of food with my own journey in powerlifting and nutrition.

The goal was simple: create meals that support real training goals while still tasting like something you'd actually want to eat.

Today, every meal is prepared by a small team led by me, with the same focus on quality, consistency and attention to detail that Zero Excuses was built on.
